All return goods to be received within 7 days unless wrong or faulty goods supplied.

Most goods are generally In Stock at time of website publishing however due to sales at our popular retail store, some items may become sold out and unavailable. We will endevour to contact you of this situation and a ETA delivery date will be advised. Typically this would only delay delivery by 1-2 days but due to unexpected situations please allow up to 1 week for delivery of goods. Some goods that are supplied from interstate or internationally may take longer.

International Orders - We may request proof of identification and faxed copies (front & back) of the credit card used for purchase before dispatch of goods, failure to do so may result in order being cancelled.

Freight Only Goods (as specified in item description) must be delivered by road freight, any additional freight charges due to type of goods ordered must be settled before goods dispatch.

Freight TBA Goods - You will be contacted by Cassell's to make arrangements for payment of freight costs that apply to large and/or heavy items.

Any errors regarding checkout total must be settled before goods will be dispatched.

All deliveries will be dispatched in 24 hours or quicker - Cassell Marine will endevour to advise you of any possible delays.

Some international imports such as the rex marine range may take an increased time to order in then dispatch, please contact Cassell's if this could be an issue.
