Exhaust Outlet - Shoosh Valves

These outlets are a spring loaded outlet designed to open under engine pressure and close shut when the engine is turned off.

Muffling cuts exhaust noise up to 30% without back pressure.

Suitable for petrol or diesel inboard engines and available in either 2 1/2" or 3" hose sizes.

Easily installed in transom and replaces existing outlets.

Features double parrallel stainless springs to ensure positive shut off.

Also available with heat shields when outlets are to be fitted within 9" of exhaust manifold. The shields protect springs from engine blast and excessive heat.

Heat shields are also recommended for high performance engines and anything over 350cc

Made for a straight transom up to 5 deg angle, a wedge is recommended for anything larger.

Total flange measurement is 4 9/32" and hole cut out is 3 1/8".

Distance from flange to hose neck is 2 15/16"
