We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday, Please check if you item is IN STOCK before ordering, we have large turnover of goods daily and inventory levels change regularly. If an item is listed on our website this does not guarantee the item is in stock. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will endeavour to contact to advise the expected time frame. Orders are generally processed within 24 - 48 hours then dispatched. This Excludes any order in products from the USA which will have an increase ETA.
Some items may be stocked at our suppliers and ship direct from our suppliers to you to expedite delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on location and transport method used.
If your large/oversize item delivery cost is more than displayed online we will contact you and quote delivery before we proceed

Cassell Marine ship the majority if our parcels via AusPost, Auspost will reimburse for Lost or Damaged parcels to the value of, or up to $100, Cassell Marine offer an additional insurance service via Shipaid for a fee to cover you for the full amount of your goods. If you Opt out of this insurance, you are only covered to the value of $100
We hope you are happy with your purchases, however we realise that sometimes you change your mind. If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 5 days to let us know you will be returning the item. All items that are sent back MUST be posted via registered post at the customers cost this includes warranty requests that may have postage costs reimbursed if the product proves faulty.
Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited.
We are happy to accept returns that have not been used, and in brand new condition. The item must be received within 14 days.
You are free to choose a full refund or you can exchange for another item. Sale Items: For sale goods, we are unable to offer a refund, however you are welcome to exchange or have a credit issued.
If Cassell Marine believe that the item has been damaged or used we have every right to return the item back to you with no refund or exchange.
If the goods were made for you or ordered in especially for you there may be a 15% restocking fee charged.
All goods remain the property of Cassell Marine until paid for in full.
