suits a Jabsco 6490-2901 pump
Spline Driven with 12 rubber splines.
Measures 31.5mm Deep x 57mm accross splines with a 16mm internal shaft diameter.
These Jabsco Compact 6490-2901 pumps
were very common in Australian Ski boats 1970/80/90/2000’s
they are extremely difficult to successfully pull completely apart to rebuild. The bearing assembly is located inside the pulley area & generally doesn’t go back together & run true.
the bearing very rarely needs replacing
we advise removing the Seal via the impeller opening if seal is leaking . It takes a bit of time , but you don’t disturb the bearing .
This kit comes with the replacement Seal & the correct gasket that is specific for this pump only & Impeller
